The performance salon coaching training will allow you to gain confidence and speed while obtaining a precision result during your gel rebalancing services in the salon. A practical training on the model of your choice.  *Of course she must already have gel on her nails since it's a rebalancing training.

A “coaching” day from A to Z where I will guide you at all levels.

• Proper product removal technique according to the type of nails. (tip types, rpm speed)
• Analysis of the cuticle and the type of natural nail plate of your model. (problems etc...)
• Safe dry manicure adapted to your model's cuticle type. (tip types, rpm speed)
• Choosing the type of construction gel (depending on the type of natural nail)
• Fast and precise application technique.
• Minimalist filing technique.
• Shape, rebalancing and restructuring.
• The secrets of gel polish application and finishing.
• Minimalist decor.

To begin, a demonstration and notes period. I will remove a nail from 2 of your models to give you a demonstration of the removal technique and so that we can analyze together its cuticle type, its nail type and see if it has any issues to consider. We will determine which tips will be necessary for personalized, safe and meticulous care. We will evaluate the shape to offer it and which gel products to use in order to respect the health of natural nails. In demonstration on this same nail, I will present my salon work technique. Afterwards, it's your turn to play!!!

Each participant must bring their own products. A list will be provided to you when you purchase the training.

My tools, equipment and products will be at your disposal if you want to try.

*This training is reserved for qualified technicians who already work with construction gel.

***The model must not be a nail technician unless she has registered as a Duo. At this time, you will practice on one hand each. So, you must also have gel on your nails for more than 2 weeks since this is a rebalancing training.
