The Performance Salon Coaching training will help you gain confidence and speed while achieving precise results during your gel rebalancing salon services. This practical training is based on the model of your choice.

 *Of course she must already have gel on her nails since it's a rebalancing training.

A “coaching” day from A to Z where I will guide you at all levels.

• Proper product removal technique depending on the type of nails. (tip types, rpm speed)
• Analysis of the cuticle and the type of natural nail plate of your model. (problems etc.)
• Safe dry manicure adapted to your model's cuticle type. (Types of bits, rpm speed)
• Choosing the type of builder gel (depending on the type of natural nail)
• Fast and precise application technique.
• Minimalist filing technique.
• Shape, rebalance and restructuring.
• The secrets of gel polish application and finishing.
• Minimalist decor.

To begin, a demonstration and notes period. I will remove a nail from 2 of your models to demonstrate the removal technique and so that we can analyze together the type of cuticle, the type of nail and see if there are any issues to consider. We will determine which tips will be necessary for personalized, safe and meticulous care. We will evaluate the shape to offer and which gel products to use in order to respect the health of natural nails. In demonstration on this same nail, I will present my salon working technique. Afterwards, it's your turn to play!!!

Each participant must bring their own products. A list will be provided to you when you purchase the training.

My tools, equipment, and products will be available to you if you'd like to try them out.

*This training is reserved for qualified technicians who already work with construction gel.

***The model does not have to be a nail technician unless they have registered as a Duo. At this time, you will each practice on one hand. Therefore, you must also have had gel on your nails for more than 2 weeks since this is a rebalancing training.
