Canadian clients:
- Free shipping on orders over $250.00 before taxes, weighing no more than 5 pounds.*
- For the provinces of Quebec, Ontario, and New Brunswick: a flat shipping fee of $13.95 for all orders under $250, weighing no more than 5 pounds.*
- For other provinces: a flat shipping fee of $17 applies to all orders under $250, with a weight not exceeding 5 pounds.*
- Delivery within 48 to 72 hours after placing the order
- Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday morning.

- Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes and levies.
We do our best to process all orders within 24-48 hours (business days only; we do not currently process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays).
Note: Orders that include a PRE-ORDER item will be held in full until the release date.
RETURN POLICY
According to Section 16 of the Food and Drugs Act (R.S.C. 1985, c. F-27), we cannot accept any product returns. It is impossible for us to guarantee that the product has not been opened.
As customer satisfaction is important to us, we still invite you to contact us by email at info@nailifydistribution.com if a situation seems to warrant an exception.
The customer has 3 working days to report any missing or damaged parts from the date of receipt of the goods.
All sales are considered final unless product failures are due to a manufacturer's defect.
Product failure must be brought to our attention within a maximum of 10 days.
Refunds are offered in the form of store credit; compensation of up to 30% may be withheld to compensate for submission time, inventory management, carrier fees, and associated losses.
- 1. GENERAL INFORMATION
Orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock when you place your order, this information will be indicated on your order form.
- 2. DELIVERY ADDRESS
Orders will be delivered to the address you provide on our website's payment page. All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Quebec City. Delivery drivers are not authorized to leave an order at the delivery address indicated on the invoice if no one is available to receive it.
- 3. DELIVERY TIME
The standard delivery time is 1 to 3 working days, depending on the delivery region, the acceptance and approval of your order by the credit department, and the time your order is placed on our site.
Delivery takes place Tuesday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates only and are calculated from the order date. They are indicative only and subject to acceptance and approval of your order by the credit department.
APPLICABLE TRAINING POLICY
- Cancellation period : From the first payment, the portion of the cancellation fee becomes effective due to the expenses incurred by the merchant for credit card fees and bank charges.
- Bank fees : Due to fees associated with credit card and bank transactions, cancellation fees are incurred from the first payment.

Cancellation fees : A 5% administration fee and credit fee apply to the amounts paid. These fees, combined with the administration fee, are cumulative and will be deducted from the first payment in the event of cancellation.
- Management fees : A $50 fee takes effect upon sending the first training scheduling email, covering the costs associated with inventory management.
- Labor costs : An additional $50 fee applies for labor related to the series of appointments and sending pre-course information.

Intellectual Property : No refunds are possible once the training materials have been shipped due to the intellectual value of the theory. Furthermore, transfers to another person are not permitted once the training materials have been shipped.
- Attendance : No session will be rescheduled in case of absence, except in cases of force majeure. In such cases, the participant may attend a similar session in a future cohort.

Transfers : Participants can avoid cancellation fees by choosing to postpone their participation to another session. This option offers added flexibility. However, it is possible to transfer your training to another participant before the materials are shipped. Please note that this transfer option is not transferable to another person once the training materials have been shipped.
Payment for graduation : Full payment of training fees is required to obtain the diploma. In case of late payments, the participant will lose access to the training until their financial situation is resolved and their account statement is updated.
