💅 Application:

1. Apply the Gelcoat base and cure for 30 seconds with LED light.
   2. Apply a thin layer of Velvet Cat Eye Gel and use the magnetic wand to direct the highlights.
   3. Catalyze for 30 seconds with LED and finish with the Top Gelcoat Apres®.
